Allied Surveyors Commercial comprises a team of over 60 experienced Chartered Surveyors covering the whole of the UK with local market involvement in industrial, retail and office premises as well as specialists in healthcare, nursing homes, hotels, leisure, golf, motor trade, licensed premises, development opportunities and investment properties.
Our central administration staff provide a single point of contact for enquiries and instructions. Our team of specialist commercial surveyors is comprised of our commercial directors, their professional associates and employees (we do not subcontract commercial valuations to consultants). Commercial valuation work is handled within regions according to the specialisms of the chartered surveyors rather than on a restricted postcode basis.
The scope of work undertaken varies from smaller individual properties to investment portfolios.
