Allied Surveyors Commercial is the commercial property division of Allied Surveyors plc and Allied Surveyors Scotland plc.
Allied Surveyors Commercial Division comprises a team of experienced Chartered Surveyors covering the whole of the UK with local market knowledge of industrial, retail and office premises as well as specialists in healthcare, nursing homes, hotels, leisure, golf, petrol filling stations, motor trade and licensed premises, development opportunities and investment properties.
The scope of work undertaken varies from smaller individual properties to investment portfolios.
The Commercial Division is co-ordinated centrally from our Bristol office to offer a single point of contact. Our 95 specialist Commercial Surveyors are managed in regional teams headed by regional directors. Commercial valuation work is handled within these regions according to the specialisms of the chartered surveyors rather than on a restricted postcode basis.
