Panel Management

Panel Management is a service currently undertaken by Allied Surveyors for certain mortgage lenders and financial institutions to procure valuations throughout the UK, not just from Allied Surveyors valuers but from a list of valuers supplied by the lender so that the valuation instructions are spread across several companies. From one point of contact, valuations are allocated to individual companies in accordance with clients' requirements as to ratios between valuers etc.

Our Client Services Team then case track to ensure a speedy and reliable service. Progress information, monthly management information and valuation/survey report delivery is available electronically or on-line. Within the management of these panels Allied Surveyors validate to the lenders that the valuers have Professional Indemnity Insurance, adequate coverage of the localities in question and that Quality Assurance checks and performance liaison take place. Allied Surveyors invoice the lender at agreed periods and then settle all the valuers' invoices simplifying the accounting and mortgage procuration processes within lender organisations.

The system is being extended for Sellers Information Packs to include the procuration of legal packs from conveyancers.
