Movers-Pack brings together the technology, industry experience and surveying capability required to deliver quality assured Home Information Packs to partnering estate agency and conveyancing organisations.

Allied Surveyors offers a range of valuation services to mortgage lenders (including value validation via desktop AVMs and physical valuation inspections where necessary), to sellers (presales surveys) and to buyers (Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys).

The HIP solution that ensures independence for estate agents and solicitors

Although Allied Surveyors is primarily a survey and valuation business, our connection with MDA means we can bring Agents and Solicitors who partner with us a cost effective HIP solution via our new business, Movers-Pack Ltd. We are able to provide EPC and presales surveys.

This gives Estate Agents the ability to retain control of the listing by retaining control of the HIP.

The Estate Agent decides the branding of the HIP (the Estate Agency name or Movers-Pack). The Estate Agent remains the first point of contact to discuss with purchasers how they may obtain financial services, conveyancing and mortgage advice. The Estate Agent and the Vendor select the Solicitors/Conveyancers (electronic technology will be provided to local solicitors) and the Energy Assessor.

Conveyancers/Solicitors benefit from being able to maintain local relationships with agents for referrals especially where referral incentives are offered. Private clients may also be offered a complete HIP solution to enable them to market property themselves or control the marketing through agents. The HIP may be branded with the name of the law firm, if desired.
