Company Information

Allied Surveyors is the trading name of Allied Surveyors plc and Allied Surveyors Scotland plc. We are an independent company of Chartered Surveyors with offices throughout the UK.

Allied Surveyors was formed in 1991 by bringing together 8 established practices across the South of England. We have expanded by inviting other reputable firms to merge their survey and valuation departments with Allied Surveyors. Our Company therefore has some 70 associated businesses that also offer other services including Estate Agencies in many locations.

The Company is essentially a co-operative, being owned by around 50 non-executive directors/shareholders who employ Chartered Surveyors (or contract with self-employed surveyors) within their territories of operation which are strictly defined by postcodes. Our teams of experienced Chartered Surveyors provide professional property advice to major lending institutions, companies and private individuals.

We have been appointed to most of the panels of mortgage lenders, enabling us to undertake a simultaneous detailed survey inspection of property for the purchaser. We have ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance accreditation.
