A mortgage valuation for is not a survey - buyers should be warned says RSPA.

Mortgage Finance Gazette (MFG) has reported that the Council of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RSPA) has written to Hector Sants, chief executive of the Financial Services Authority, calling for an investigation into the advice mortgage lenders give their borrowers regarding valuations and surveys.

Individual specialisms include healthcare, nursing homes, hotels, leisure, golf, motor trade, licensed premises, agricultural property, development opportunities, investment and leasehold enfranchisement.

Our central administration provides a single point of contact for enquiries and instructions.

Eight Regional Directors work with local principal surveyors and specialists to ensure a seamless service and national coverage. In some circumstances we work with external specialists but we do not subcontract instructions without client approval.
